In the 3rd Berakha of the Amida (אתה קדוש), we finish the 1st section of the Amida by praising G-d for His קדושה--His uniqueness and elevation above all. In this short berakha of only 14 words, we praise G-d three times for being קדוש, acknowledging that He is holy in the heavens, the earth, and forever and ever.
Before ending the berakha, we state that "those who are קדושים praise you forever." By this we mean that in order for us to be worthy of praising our unique and special G-d, we too must make sure that our actions as a nation are unique and special in our following of His misvot. Through our actions, G-d will be praised, as others will look upon the Jewish people and state: What a beautiful nation with righteous commandments from Hashem!
